Korea University Scholarship Details:
In an effort to lessen the burden of financial hardships, Korea University offers the Bright Futures Scholarship A for those who are in need of financial help.
The Korea University Scholarship system is in two categories: Application for current and new students.
For current students with excellent academic achievement was reorganized, establishing Excellence Scholarship B and High Achievers Scholarship. Please check the application method for each scholarship along with the amount of scholarship, and apply if necessary, to help your studies.
Eligibility Requirements for 2025 Korea University Scholarship:
To be considered for the Korea University Scholarship, applicants must have:
- International students (foreign nationality holder) who admitted to KU with international students’ qualifications administered by the International Education Team. Therefore, starting from 2022 Fall semester, newly admitted students who acquire Korean nationality while attending school and reflect it in the academic register, may be excluded from the international student scholarship beneficiaries
- Completed at least one semester at KU(However, the High Achievers Scholarship and Challenge Scholarship, where the evaluation criteria are GPAs for the last two semesters, should have completed at least two semesters)
- Achieved at least 12 credits in the semester which GPAs are being considered
- No academic warning or no violation of academic regulations in the previous semester
Benefits of 2025 Korea University Scholarship
- Scholarships will be awarded within the budget range of KU
- Recipient of the scholarship that covers 100% of tuition fee, should visit Hana bank on campus and make a ‘zero’ deposit during the enrollment period.
