KTN Rwanda, a renowned company specializing in connecting buyers and sellers, particularly in real estate, has put 48 modern residential houses on the market in Kagarama, Kicukiro District. These homes are built in an estate-style setup, with the first phase comprising 48 houses out of the 1064 planned to be constructed within 36 months.
The houses are modern apartments, each consisting of three bedrooms. One house costs 75 million Rwandan Francs (Frw). Jean Pierre Uwitonze, the project manager at KTN Rwanda, explained the unique features of these houses.
He said, “It is difficult to find a plot of land in Kagarama, so having the opportunity to own a three-bedroom house close to infrastructure like kindergartens and a university set to be built nearby is a rare chance.”
He also mentioned that for those unable to make full payment at once, KTN Rwanda has facilitated a payment plan through a partnership with Bank of Kigali, which offers loans, with the house serving as collateral. “The good thing is, if you don’t have enough funds, we help you work with Bank of Kigali (BK), which gives you a loan with the house as security,” Uwitonze added.
KTN Rwanda continues to assist Rwandans in finding quality residential plots across the country. The company is experienced in linking buyers with sellers and stands out by helping clients track their purchased land and obtain all necessary documents without requiring those abroad to return to Rwanda.
