Popular American streamer and internet sensation IShowSpeed has officially arrived in Rwanda, sparking widespread excitement across social media platforms.

The high-energy content creator, who commands millions of followers worldwide, is visiting the country to experience mountain gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park, one of Rwanda’s most iconic tourist attractions.

Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

During his stay, IShowSpeed is exploring Rwanda’s rich biodiversity and world-renowned conservation efforts.
Volcanoes National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas, represents Rwanda’s leadership in eco-tourism, wildlife protection, and sustainable development.

Gorilla trekking is considered one of Africa’s most unique wildlife experiences and has placed Rwanda among the top conservation tourism destinations globally.

Kigali City Tour and Motorcycle Experience

According to his schedule, IShowSpeed will depart Musanze District for Kigali, where he is expected to tour the city.

His activities include exploring key areas of the capital and enjoying a motorcycle ride, a popular and authentic way of experiencing Kigali’s urban life.

Attendance at Women’s Football Match at Amahoro Stadium

The American streamer is also set to attend a women’s football match at Amahoro Stadium, featuring Rayon Sports Women Football Club against Indahangarwa Women Football Club.

The President of the Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA), Shema Fabrice, confirmed the news and praised the initiative.

“IShowSpeed will entertain us, especially since he loves football, and also to give value to women’s football. It is a good initiative, and we thank those who organized it, including the Rwanda Development Board and the Ministry of Sports,” Shema said.

Special Halftime Entertainment Planned

Shema further revealed that fans attending the match should expect a surprise.

“During the halftime break, he has something planned. I assure you that those coming to Amahoro Stadium will see something special,” he added.

Speed Does Africa Tour

On December 21, 2025, the 20-year-old streamer launched a live-streaming program titled “Speed Does Africa Tour.”

Through this project, IShowSpeed travels across African countries while streaming live to his global audience on YouTube and Twitch, showcasing culture, people, and local experiences in real time.
