Man Arrested for Allegedly Stealing Unreleased Beyoncé Songs

Atlanta, Georgia police announced the arrest of Kelvin Evans, suspected of stealing hard drives containing unreleased songs by singer Beyoncé.

Evans is accused of breaking into a parked car in Atlanta during the summer and stealing various items, including the hard drives. He is currently in jail, facing theft charges. It is unclear if he has legal representation.

The theft occurred in July 2025, when Beyoncé’s unreleased songs were stored in a car rented by one of her dancers, while she was performing for her “Cowboy Carter” album in the Country genre.

Initial reports revealed that stolen items included two hard drives with unreleased songs marked with watermarks, event schedules, photos, and lists of songs that could be used or had been used in her concerts.

Other stolen items included clothing worth $1,000, Tom Ford sunglasses worth $500, a Tumi bag valued at $750, and a MacBook Air with headphones.
