Actress and producer Nicole Kidman and country music singer Keith Urban have separated after 19 years of marriage, shocking and saddening their fans.
According to TMZ, the couple has been living apart since early summer 2025, with each choosing to live separately. The outlet reports that Kidman is currently taking care of their two daughters, 17-year-old Sunday Rose Kidman Urban and 14-year-old Faith Margaret Kidman Urban, as Urban has already left the family home.
Sources indicate that the 58-year-old actress tried hard to save the marriage, but her efforts proved unsuccessful. Urban eventually moved out and relocated to a property he purchased in Nashville, where the couple had been living together. It remains unclear whether formal divorce proceedings have been initiated.
Speculation about their relationship began in June 2025 when Urban abruptly ended a Zoom interview after being asked about Kidman’s on-screen chemistry with Zac Efron in the Netflix film A Family Affair.
The couple married in 2006. Kidman was previously married to actor Tom Cruise from 1990 until their divorce in 2001, and they share two adopted children: 32-year-old Bella Kidman Cruise and 30-year-old Connor Cruise.
