Job Description
Kabisa is seeking a professional to lead the expansion of its electric vehicle (EV) charging network across Africa. The role involves overseeing technical operations, building and scaling teams, troubleshooting high-voltage systems, and ensuring the charging corridors operate efficiently in diverse African environments. The position is highly travel-intensive (60–70% across Africa) and requires both technical and operational expertise, along with the ability to train and mentor teams in multiple countries.

Job Requirements
Education

Experience
- Proven experience working with high-voltage systems and power distribution
- Background in building or scaling technical operations
- Experience training people with varied educational backgrounds
