Job Description

ANDO Technologies, a fast-growing food delivery and digital ordering platform, is hiring for three positions in Kigali, Rwanda: Courier Operations Associate, Commercial Operations Associate, and Guest Relations Associate. These roles focus on operations, partner management, and customer support to enhance food delivery services and expand partnerships.

Positions & Key Responsibilities

1. Courier Operations Associate
   • Manage daily rider operations: dispatching, tracking, issue resolution, and performance.
   • Ensure timely and smooth deliveries aligned with company standards.
2. Commercial Operations Associate
   • Manage restaurant partner lifecycle: onboarding, growth, and support.
   • Drive B2B sales, resolve operational challenges, and generate revenue opportunities.
3. Guest Relations Associate
   • Act as primary contact for customers through calls and chats.
   • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements by Role

• Courier Operations Associate
  • Experience: 1+ years in logistics, fleet, or delivery operations.
  • Skills: Multitasking, problem-solving, routing/dispatch familiarity.
  • Language: Strong English; Kinyarwanda a plus.
• Commercial Operations Associate
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales or partner/account management (preferably in food, FMCG, or hospitality).
  • Skills: Negotiation, interpersonal skills, Google Sheets/Excel/CRM proficiency.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda; French a plus.
• Guest Relations Associate
  • Experience: 1+ years in customer support or guest experience.
  • Skills: Empathy, problem-solving, effective communication.
  • Language: Excellent English and Kinyarwanda; French a plus.
  • Availability: Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

General Requirements

Education

Experience

• Courier Operations Associate: Minimum 1 year in relevant operations role.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with logistics or delivery tools (Courier role).
• CRM or sales management experience (Commercial role).
• French language proficiency (Commercial and Guest Relations roles).
