Position Overview:

As the Electric Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to promote and sell electric vehicles to SME and enterprise fleet customers. You will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of EVs among businesses, helping them transition to a sustainable and environmentally friendly fleet. Your strong sales skills, market expertise, and passion for clean energy will be instrumental in growing our customer base and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target SME and enterprise fleet customers. Identify potential clients and key market segments to focus on, ensuring maximum outreach and customer acquisition.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their fleet needs, sustainability goals, and budget constraints to tailor EV solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of our electric vehicle offerings, including various models, features, performance metrics, charging options, and financial incentives. Articulate the benefits of transitioning to electric mobility and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, email campaigns, and industry events. Qualify leads and follow up with potential customers to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our EVs and highlighting their positive impact on the environment and operational efficiency.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals efficiently and meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and enhance our competitive advantage.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with the marketing, operations, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with the overall business strategy. Provide valuable feedback from customers to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, fleet, or sustainable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electric vehicles, EV technology, and the benefits of electric mobility.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainable energy and commitment to environmental responsibility.
