Job Description

• Develop, scale, and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django)
• Build user-friendly frontend interfaces with React.js or Next.js
• Integrate smart contract workflows for insurance claims and patient data tracking
• Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Design teams to deliver production features
• Write clean, testable, and scalable code
• Deploy services with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred)
• Monitor performance and debug across the stack
• Contribute to architectural decisions and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fullstack or backend development
• Strong backend skills with Python (FastAPI or Django)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker deployments
• Understanding of Git and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Bonus: experience with blockchain, smart contracts, or healthcare systems
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
