Job Description

The E-Business Implementation Lead will deploy digital solutions across Bralirwa Plc’s E-business ecosystem, onboard internal and external stakeholders, train users, and manage the customer lifecycle. This role ensures that digital transformation is embedded in the sales organization, supporting customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan deployment of E-business platforms in assigned regions.
• Onboard sales teams, DDE Officers, and external stakeholders through training and workshops.
• Lead joint fieldwork to provide hands-on training, activate or re-activate customers, and optimize E-business solution usage.
• Align sales force activities with the E-Business agenda.
• Implement actions based on customer and sales team feedback.
• Provide second-line support for E-business solutions.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Commerce, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year working with IT solutions supporting customers.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Analytical skills for improving service offerings.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer service passion.
