-Manchester United has started talks with representatives of Victor Osimhen, a striker on loan at Galatasaray. The 26-year-old is expected to leave Napoli permanently after his loan ends this summer. United sees him as a good backup option to Viktor Gyökeres from Sporting CP. Osimhen is open to joining United for about €12 million a year. However, they would need to offer over €75 million to sign him. Gyökeres is still their top choice, and they are also considering Liam Delap from Ipswich Town.
-Liverpool plans to pursue Stuttgart midfielder Angelo Stiller. The 24-year-old has scored four goals and provided nine assists in 44 matches. He plays similarly to Martín Zubimendi, whom Liverpool tried to sign last summer. Stuttgart wants around €60 million for Stiller, who is under contract until 2028, and manager Arne Slot is reportedly ready to start talks.
-Florian Wirtz has told Bayer Leverkusen’s manager, Xabi Alonso, that he only wants to join Bayern Munich this summer, according to BILD. He is willing to reject offers from Real Madrid and Manchester City to make this transfer happen, although no agreement is in place yet. The 22-year-old is expected to cost over €100 million, but Bayern is still interested. Wirtz has been a key player for Bayer this season, contributing to 20 goals in 29 matches.
-Striker Benjamin Šeško has an €80 million release clause in his contract with RB Leipzig, which will be active this summer, reports Sky Germany. The 21-year-old, who has been linked to Liverpool recently, may still be allowed to leave even if the clause isn’t triggered, as Leipzig won’t block a “suitable offer.” Šeško has scored 13 goals in 31 Bundesliga games this season.
-Real Madrid is interested in Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton, according to the Daily Express. The club’s chief scout, Juni Calafat, highly rates the 21-year-old England international and has been keeping an eye on him this season. Manchester City, Manchester United, and Liverpool have also shown interest, but Crystal Palace is expected to ask for at least €80 million for his transfer.
