Job Description

To scale outpatient care access across Rwanda and ensure high-quality clinical operations within LifeLine’s platform.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train clinics using LifeLine’s platform.
• Ensure compliance, patient safety, and care standards across the network.
• Advise on outpatient workflows, diagnostics, and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with tech and operations teams to improve platform features.
• Represent LifeLine in associations, forums, and regulatory meetings.
• Provide clinical input on patient experience and digital triage tools.

Requirements

• Licensed clinician in Rwanda (general practitioner, nurse practitioner, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of outpatient care and clinical operations.
• Experience with community clinics.
• Proficient with digital tools and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda.

Education

• Professional clinical license in Rwanda (required).

Experience

• Prior work in outpatient care or community clinics.
• Experience with clinical compliance and operations.

Good to Have

• Background in healthtech, insurance, or public health.
