Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Sales and Marketing Officer to join our core team. This role is ideal for someone who shares our entrepreneurial mindset and is motivated to grow alongside a startup.

Note: This is a commission-based position (not salaried). Earnings are performance-driven, and there is potential for long-term collaboration and leadership opportunities as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients and partners
• Market and promote Diolichat’s digital solutions and services
• Build client pipelines, track leads, and close sales
• Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, content)
• Provide feedback from clients to support product and service refinement
• Represent the company at meetings, webinars, and community events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, ICT, Computer Science, or related field
• Background or strong interest in tech and digital products
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda (French is a plus)
