U.S. President Donald Trump has denied rumors suggesting he is in poor health, insisting that he is in excellent physical and mental condition and will soon undergo another medical check-up to confirm it.

Speaking to Fox News, Trump brushed off recent speculation sparked by his seemingly frail appearance during the September 11 memorial ceremony honoring victims of the 2001 Al-Qaeda terrorist attacks.

“I’m perfectly fine both physically and mentally,” Trump said. “I like to get checked early and regularly. I believe that should be a lesson for everyone.”

The president went on to highlight his past cognitive test results, claiming that no other U.S. leader has matched his performance.

“One of the doctors said he had never seen anyone score that high on this kind of test,” Trump boasted. “I did extremely well. They asked me to take it, and I agreed. But tell me did Obama ever take that test? No. Did Bush? No. Did Biden? Biden couldn’t have answered the first three questions. He should have taken it.”

Trump emphasized that the test, which he took on April 11, 2025, is far from simple, noting that it measures a person’s cognitive abilities, including problem-solving skills, memory, and reaction time.

“Those questions are tough most people would struggle to answer them,” he added confidently.

His remarks come amid renewed scrutiny of his health, with critics suggesting that his age and visible fatigue during public events could affect his performance in office. Trump, however, insists he remains “as sharp and strong as ever.”
