Fans who failed to secure tickets for King James 20th anniversary concert have been promised another way to enjoy the event.

The company helping organize the concert apologized to fans who could not buy tickets after sales closed within only three days.

Organizers Announce New Plans

In a statement shared on social media on May 9, 2026, the organizers thanked supporters for the overwhelming response. They said they are preparing a special alternative for those who missed tickets and promised to share details soon.

The company explained that ticket demand exceeded expectations, leading to a rapid sellout.

Tickets Sold Out Quickly

Ticket sales opened on May 2, 2026. By May 5, organizers confirmed that all tickets had sold out.

The announcement attracted reactions from many fans, including Jean de Dieu Uwihanganye, who revealed that he also failed to get tickets because of issues within the ticketing system.

He encouraged King James to organize additional concerts so more supporters could take part in the celebrations.
